Look what's arrived this week
We have just received some more additions to our lifestyle section of the showroom this week.
Including two very striking examples of vases from HAY. The first is a larger version of our dark green Earthenware Tree Trunk Vase from HAY which has been admired by many visitors. This larger Tree Trunk vase is hand-finished in white and black giving a strong contrasting, graphic appearance to the object.
The object is sure to be a bold focal point for a contemporary home.
The Tree Trunk itself comes as part of designer Richard Woods portfolio of work and follows the same bold and graphic aesthetic that his collaborative work with Sebastian Wrong had when they developed a collection of unusual furniture using traditional printing techniques aptly named 'Wrongwoods'. You can shop some of the Wrongwoods collection designed for Established & Son here including the Night Table, Chest of drawers and Low cabinet.
The second piece to arrive from HAY is also a vase named 'Bottoms up' due to its elegant shape which is formed from two differing sized glass domes sat atop one another, upside down. This playful glass vase comes in a variety of colours, however for the showroom we have taken in the soft pink iteration which we feel will sit well in in many homes as a vessel for display beautiful flowers.
Lastly we have the Flare in two colours; Amber and Pink. These fun, glass candle-holders give a new and contemporary appeal with the use of coloured glass that forms the structure. A welcome addition to a table setting or ambient light in an otherwise gloomy corner.
Shop these smaller pieces now to add character to your space.
